Statistics: what the numbers mean

The “Statistics” tab shows what is happening on your domains: how many people came, how many reached a deal and how much has been credited to you.

Your share and volume#

The big number at the top is your share: how much has been credited to you for all completed deals. It is the same money you see in the balance on the “Payouts” tab. The line below is the volume of completed deals: the settlement value of the items (60% of the Steam market price) in requests that went all the way through, and your percentage (70% by default). The percentage is fixed at the moment each request completes and is never recalculated.

Example: a volume of 10,000 ₽ at a 70% share — you are credited 7,000 ₽. You can withdraw it on the “Payouts” tab — see Balance and withdrawals.

The three pills on the right show the volume for today, 7 and 30 days. The ▲/▼ arrow next to “7 days” is the change compared with the previous seven days.

If you have several domains, switchers appear above the statistics: “All” and each domain separately. “All” counts everything credited, including already deleted domains.

Accruals (the share and volume at the top) and completed requests are kept in the panel permanently, even if the shop later deletes them. Unfinished requests are shown while they exist in the shop. So the tiles, the chart and the tables do not “shrink” over time.

Tiles#

TileWhat it shows
Traffic
OnlineHow many people are on the site right now. A dot lights up next to the title when online is above zero.
VisitsUnique visitors of your domains, all time.
Clicked “Sign in”How many visitors opened the Steam sign-in window — the first step to a sale.
LoginsHow many completed the sign-in. The percentage is “Logins” to “Clicked “Sign in””.
Sales
Skins soldThe number of items in all completed requests.
Requests completedRequests that went all the way through. The average check is at the bottom of the tile.
In progressRequests that are not completed yet, and their total value.
SellersHow many different Steam accounts made at least one completed deal.

The chart#

“Volume by day” — bars of volume. The switcher above the chart sets the period:

  • Day — today, hour by hour.
  • Week — the current week, starting on Monday.
  • Month — the last 31 days.

The maximum for the period is labeled above the chart. Hover a bar (or focus it with Tab) to see the number of sales, the amount and the average check for that day or hour. Chart time is UTC.

Traffic and funnel#

The block shows a visitor’s path for the same period as the chart: visits → signed in via Steam → sales. Next to the steps is the conversion percentage.

  • Many visits but few sign-ins — visitors do not trust the site: check the design and how you explain the process.
  • Many sign-ins but few sales — people come in but do not submit requests: most often fast support is needed.
Daily data accumulates from the moment a domain is added: for a new domain the by-day chart starts filling from the next day, and on the first day the block may show zeros.

Sellers and requests#

Below are tables of sellers (nickname, SteamID, requests, items, volume) and of the latest requests (up to 50). The search box looks up nickname, SteamID, skin name and request number.

Request statusWhat it means
QueuedThe request is created and waiting to be processed.
Awaiting tradeThe Steam trade has not been accepted yet.
On holdThe trade went through, but Steam’s trade protection is still active.
CompletedThe trade is accepted; the deal counts toward volume and your share.
“Completed” only means the trade was accepted. Your share for CS2 items becomes available to withdraw after an 8-day hold — see the “On hold” tile on the “Payouts” tab.

How data updates#

  • An open page pulls fresh numbers on its own about every 10 seconds; nothing refreshes in a background tab.
  • The shop’s data reaches the panel about once a minute, so a new request is not visible instantly.
  • When a new request appears, a “New request” notification pops up in the corner.
  • Only requests that arrived on a domain after it was added to the panel count toward volume and share.
